I got this because it was recommended by amazon after I bought the first one"The Bread Lovers' Bread Machine Cookbook". Thought this one has fewer pages and is overall of poorer construction, it is by far the better cookbook. The recipes are scaled for the various size loafs already, and it has great advice as to how to the the most out of your machine.
In this book we focus on using the Bread Machine. The Easy Bread Machine Cookbook is a complete set of simple but very unique Bread Machine recipes. You will find that even though the recipes are simple, the tastes are quite amazing.

Bread Baking for Beginners is a great book. I'm happy to find this delightful bread baking cookbook, and feel that I'll be using it for everyday to come. I learned a ton about useful tools, terms, and ideas that were new to me. Thanks for putting all these great recipes together in one book.
I was very satisfied when I purchased this book. This is a great book. Which for a visual learner like me has been very helpful? wonderful, delicious bread recipes. This book offers up a good variety of recipients I really liked this book and would recommend anyone who needs such type of information.
These recipes however yield very good bread. On thing though, look out for the volume of water that you are adding. I thought that I added too much water once but when the bread was made it came out very soft. Another time the bread fell slightly but that could have been due to some other factor as well.
I have this book a couple of months currently, the recipes work nice. It's true that almost every recipe has gluten added apart from the natural gluten from the flour, I don't like this so much so I have ignored that ingredient and the pieces of bread have worked just fine, no trouble on rising and delicious.
